My story...

My journey started many years ago when I lost my precious mama Bev when I was only 3 years old to ovarian cancer. From a young age I knew that I was made for more and prayed that I would stay on God's path towards health and healing.

Health was at the forefront of my heart and mind, when I met my now husband, Daniel, who was also very into wellness and had a passion for creating a healthy, fulfilling life that was lived set apart. I shared my fears and we worked together to learn how to care for my personal health as a female for our future kids. What we didn't realize is the business and passion that would be born out of a fear.

The Lord will always bring beauty from ashes when we surrender our fears to him! 

So we surrendered and trusted the Lord. Thankfully because of my good health and care for my temple, I did not struggle as my mother had before me, but my eyes were WIDE open to how women like me were struggling in so many ways- with their mindset, spiritual growth, marriages, friendships and learning to love themselves + believe that God wanted the best for them. 

I'm the only girl with one older brother and sisterhood is something I desperately wanted. Most of the time what we don't have, we create and that's exactly what I did, building friendships and communities that last!

Enters coaching women on how to be live as a well-watered woman, putting Christ at the center of their life and letting everything that flows from it be blessed.

I've spoken in front of big and small crowds, had personal get togethers in my home, spoke on calls and listened as women poured their hearts out... They were looking for MORE connection, more community and more fulfillment. 

​

As I trusted God step by step he led me first to our food business partnered with my husband, Daniel. Along the way he opened doors for close mentorship in our local community and online community, speaking, teaching and writing courses to help women. Now with my wellness business + Sisterhood Story ministry I do BOTH teaching in person, leading teams of women and stewarding my own life to the best of my ability.
